Spring Equinox Breathwork Ceremony : An evening of Breathwork, Journaling and Energy Medicine

Spring Equinox is upon us!! On March 21 we shift into a new season and we will definitely be feeling these transformative energies all through Spring. Intuitively this is where most of us will be feeling our New Year vibes as it relates to seasons and nature so it's a great time to commit to personal goals and dive into inspiration for the next few months. If you're feeling stagnant energy and stuckness from this difficult winer, the Active Alchemy Breathwork will help you rebirth into this new season and phase of your life! We will also be doing a release ceremony for all we are leaving behind from WInter and journaling to get clear on what we are anchoring towards through the cosmic shift!

Please join us for an evening of Journaling, Meditation, Breathwork and Energy Medicine. Stacey will starting with some ritual and release work and discussing some components of the cosmic energy and evolutionary astrology. She will then be going over her signature Integrated Manifestation technique for your journaling, followed by a light meditation, and then 3 rounds of 3 part Active breathwork. Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and the nervous system of stuck energy and the emotional debri that prevents us from being in highest alignment to our purpose and joy. Breathwork bypasses the intellectual mind, the stress, and the overwhelm which allows the body to maximize healing and transformation so we can find a home in the body and find emotional freedom once again. After the Breathwork, Stacey will also be performing energy medicine and DNA activation throughout your integration time and then we will close at the end with some grounding movement and sharing!
