New Moon In Pisces Breath Ceremony : An evening of Breathwork and Energy Medicine

New Moon in Pisces is a great time to commit to personal goals and dive into inspirational energies.  Join us for an evening of Journaling, Meditation, Breathwork and Energy Medicine. Stacey will be going over her signature Integrated Manifestation technique for your jounaling, then followed by a light meditation, and then 3 rounds of 3 part Active breathwork. Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and the nervous system of stuck energy and the emotional debris that prevents us from being in highest alignment to our purpose and joy. Breathwork bypasses the intellectual mind, the stress, and the overwhelm which allows the body to maximize healing and transformation so we can find a home in the body and find emotional freedom once again. After the Breathwork, Stacey will also be performing energy medicine and DNA activation throughout your integration time and then we will close at the end with some grounding movement and sharing!
